Commission Terms and Conditions

Commission Process
The client agrees to follow the outlined commission process, including completing the Commission Request Form and adhering to the payment schedule.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to initiate the commission. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the artwork.
Reference Selection
The client will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the set of references provided. Once a reference is chosen, further alterations and changes to the artwork is not possible.
Communication
Open and timely communication is essential for a successful commission. The client agrees to respond to queries, approvals, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
In-Studio Progress Updates
The artist will provide periodic progress updates to keep the client informed about the development of the commissioned piece.
Approval and Finalisation
The client will be presented with a final image of the completed artwork for approval. Once approved, the final payment is due.
Payment and Delivery
The final 50% payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the final invoice. Upon receipt of the full payment, the artwork will be prepared for shipment.
Shipping
The cost of standard shipping is included in the commission fee. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping, specific delivery locations.
Delivery Timeframe
The client acknowledges that the delivery timeframe is estimated at 3-4 weeks, but may vary based on factors such as the complexity of the artwork and shipping location.
Artwork Ownership
The client will own the commissioned artwork upon receipt and full payment. The artist retains the right to showcase the artwork in their portfolio and promotional materials.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation by the client after the commission has been initiated, the initial deposit is non-refundable, and any incurred costs will be the responsibility of the client.
Quality Assurance
The artist is committed to delivering high-quality work. In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, the client must communicate concerns within 7 days of receiving the final image.
Force Majeure
The artist is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control.
